Consistent yoga practise will open, strengthen and balance the body every time on the mat. The benefits of fixing the physiology will equally heal psychology.
We will combine yoga & meditation including:
- Yin yoga for increased flexibility and mobility on mind and body level
- Mindfulness for learning the power of now
- Hatha flow yoga for fluidity, strengthening and opening the body
- Visualisation & self talk
