A student forever. My yoga has evolved from on off trials since 2013 into a lifestyle.
Today I practise several styles of yoga: vinyasa flow, creative hatha, ashtanga, yin, aerial and katonah yoga. My teaching style incorporates something from all of these.
Yoga makes me feel grounded, see more clearly. It gives me tools to go over any obstacle in life, and explore my potential. I do yoga to explore the unconscious patterns I do in my daily life. It is when we are conscious allows us to change the patterns. Through conscious repetion of something that will serve us better, can we transform. Through moving in yoga poses, can we create more space in our body for the organs to function more optimally.
